FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) —
Lawmakers plan to introduce a bill next year that would ban the sale of internal-combustion powered cars, but even those who support the idea admit there is still a major hurdle to overcome in terms of making clean energy cars affordable.
While the ban would be at least a decade away, putting California motorists in an all-electric fleet would help the state meet its ambitious targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
