USJ4 Casablanca residents’ association are crying foul over the Subang Jaya Municipal Council’s (MPSJ) refusal to allow the community to fence up their neighbourhood.
Apart from security reasons, the residents needed the fence to prevent vehicles from being parked in neighbourhood during the annual Ramadan bazaar, said association president Jeyanthy Pillai.
