Longtime Ramona residents and Century 21 Award real estate professionals Janece Bell and Tracy Rolling will host a free Real Estate Workshop in hopes of helping people find the perfect home, just in time for the holidays.
The informational event will provide an opportunity for the public to speak one-on-one with agents about home-buying process, and even help them create an individualized plan to purchase a new home before the upcoming holidays.
“Sometimes it can be a little intimidating when you don’t even know where to start,” said Bell.
In addition to a local lender providing information about various programs designed to help veterans and first-time home buyers, community statistics as well as other resources will be available.
“We’re excited to share our knowledge in a friendly and neutral environment,” said Rolling. “There’s absolutely no obligation.
“We just want to be a resource for our neighbors.”
The no-cost event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Ramona Library Community Room at 1275 Main St.
