Tributes have been paid to teenage footballer from Dublin who died while on holidays in Jordan.
Mohammed Alrawehneh, 18, from Firhouse died in the accident on Friday, Dublin Live report.
The teen was a talented footballer who had played underage with Shamrock Rovers.
The club paid tribute to the young man on their Twitter page and with a statement.
They said: “Our deepest condolences go to the family and friends of Mohammad Alrawehneh who was killed in a road traffic accident in Jordan on Friday.
“Mohammed was a pupil in Firhouse Community College and won the U15 SDFL Cup with Rovers in 2014. May he Rest In Peace.”
Mohamed, who is originally from Jordan, had just finished his Leaving Cert and was on a family holiday to visit relatives and friends.
