Gardai shared the snaps on their Twitter page yesterday
TWO cars have been seized from a driver after he was stopped by the SAME garda twice in one week.
The motorist was pulled over after breaking a red light in Waterford on Monday.
Cops impounded the car when they discovered the driver had no licence, insurance, tax and NCT.
Gardai wrote at the time: “Waterford Traffic: Car broke a red light in front of patrol car. No licence/ins/NCT/tax, car seized and in court.
“Obey the rules on the road.”
And they took to social media again yesterday and said they have seized another car from the same driver.
Gardai said: “Waterford Traffic: Driver passed by same Garda AGAIN in traffic and attempted to hide.
“Another car seized no licence/insurance.”
In Limerick, gardai seized a car from a driver whose insurance was eight years out of date.
They said on Facebook: “Well where do we start with this one.
“This vehicle was seized today in Limerick by Traffic Corps attached to Henry Street Garda Station.
“Driver was disqualified from driving. Also had no insurance, tax or NCT displayed. The insurance expired nearly 8 years ago.
“Some of the discs were from a different vehicle. A court appearance to follow.”
