Buy-to-let (BTL) lender Landbay has appointed Joe Noon (pictured) as its regional account manager for the Yorkshire region.
He will report to Ian Hall, Landbay’s head of sales in the North, and will provide insight and sales support to brokers and advisory firms across the region on the lender’s full range of BTL products covering Premier, Core, Specialist and Product Transfers.
Landbay said Noon’s experience across advice, broking and business development would help the lender provide outstanding support to its broker partners in Yorkshire. Noon brings more than 12 years’ experience to the role, having started at Lloyds before joining Metro Bank, Vida and The Mortgage Lender (TML).
Hall said: “Joe’s experience across advice, broking and business development will be a real asset to the team and to our broker partners across Yorkshire. He understands the specialist buy-to-let market and the importance of working closely with brokers to help them structure cases effectively. I’m looking forward to working with him as we continue to build our support for brokers across the North.”
Noon added: “Landbay has a strong reputation in the buy-to-let market, not just for its product range, but for the quality of support it gives to intermediaries. My focus will be on building strong relationships with brokers, understanding the cases they are working on and helping them secure practical solutions for their landlord borrower clients.”
Last month, Landbay appointed Richard McRoberts.
