PKF Smith Cooper has appointed Chloe Fisher as corporate finance manager to its Midlands team.
Fisher joins the firm during a period of increased deal activity and an active pipeline for 2026.
Her appointment comes as the firm expects growth across sell-side mandates, debt advisory, acquisition support, and investment work. This expansion follows the growth of the transaction services team and a year where the firm completed deals totalling £400m.
Fisher qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021 after beginning her career in audit at a Big Four firm. She spent the last three years at a boutique corporate finance firm advising owner-managed businesses on company sales.
The firm’s recent activity covers several sectors, including professional services, industrials, engineering, self-storage, and food and beverage.
In her new role, Fisher will work with management teams across the West Midlands and other regions to provide commercial advice.
Corporate finance partner Darren Hodson said: “We are delighted to welcome Chloe to the team. As market activity continues to strengthen, we have a busy year ahead and Chloe’s experience in advising owner-managed businesses means she will be able to hit the ground running. She will be an invaluable addition to the team.”
Fisher added: “PKF Smith Cooper has a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes for owner-managed businesses, and I’m excited to join the Corporate Finance team at a time of growing deal activity.
“I’m looking forward to working with ambitious management teams across the West Midlands and beyond, providing clear, commercial advice through every stage of a transaction and helping clients achieve the best possible result.”
