East Midlands land development and property consultancy Mather Jamie has strengthened its commercial property offering with the appointment of an associate director and head of commercial valuations and professional services.
James Straw joins with more than ten years of experience in the property sector and a strong track record in commercial valuation and professional services.
In his new role, he will lead the firm’s commercial valuations and professional services department, advising clients on a range of matters including commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, expert witness instructions, investment acquisitions and disposals, and strategic property consultancy.
