Bath Building Society has upped its proc fee for all new residential and buy-to-let business, as well as product transfers.

The society is now offering a 0.4% proc fee for new residential and buy-to-let business, as well as 0.3% for product transfers.

Ben Hutchings, head of intermediary mortgage sales at the society, said: “We wanted to show our commitment to our broker partners when placing new business with us but also to recognise the work that goes in to finding the best new mortgage when existing products mature.”
