The sale price was not disclosed but it was marketed by Shrewsbury-based property agency Towler Shaw Roberts with a guide price of £225,000.
The property includes two ground-floor retail premises, let to a pet grooming salon and print shop, with a one-bedroom apartment and studio apartment on the upper floors.
Apprentice surveyor Josh Hyde handled the sale for Towler Shaw Roberts.
He said: “The property represents an attractive mixed-use investment so the high level of interest it generated was anticipated.
“Its prominent High Street location in Dawley helped add to the overall appeal.
“We received a number of bids from interested parties ahead of a sale being completed to a local investor.”
