TEXARKANA, Ark. (KSLA) – The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is asking for help finding an elderly missing man, Otis Harris.
On June 16, the Arkansas Missing Senior Adult Network announced that Otis Harris, 76 is missing from the Bentley Health and Rehab Center, 1100 East 36th Street.
A witness on the scene says Harris had left the facility under his own power by jumping the fence at the facility. Harris left on foot to an unknown location
Harris described being 6ft tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with locks.
The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department (TAPD) has canvassed the area and surrounding areas to try and locate Harris.
