Yoshitaka Nishizawa, principal, credit and infrastructure funds revealed that Tokyo-based fund of funds manager Alternative Investment Capital (AI Capital) will be increasing its activities in the secondaries market in 2025.

AI Capital primarily invests into secondaries through private equity and infrastructure. Nishizawa noted that it sees a lot of activity and opportunity in the secondaries market and will be looking to invest into fund of funds in both GP-led and LP stakes strategies.
