Konvi, a Dublin, Ireland-based provider of a luxury assets fractional investment platform, has acquired alternative investing platforms providers Diversified and Fractible, both based in France.

The amount of the deals were not disclosed.

With the acquisitions, Konvi will bolster its global user base to 50,000 active users. 

Diversified and Fractible are luxury assets investment platforms in France. All current investments on Diversified and Fractible will automatically transfer to the Konvi app in April.

Konvi is a provider of an online fractional investment platform that democratises access to alternative investments, including hand-curated art, fine wine, classic cars, and more. With a user-friendly interface and innovative strategies, it empowers individuals to build diversified portfolios and achieve their financial goals starting from an investment of €250.
