
DIMAPUR — A kilometre long approach road to Platinum College, Western Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuxakulu (WSBAK) Resource Centre, Nihokhu Village in Niuland district was inaugurated by Y Kikheto Sema, Principal Secretary, Environment Forest and Climate Change, Fisheries & Aquatic Resources and Parliamentary Affairs, on April 11.
In his speech, Kikheto thanked Chief Secretary Sentiyanger for his support and Inahoto Yeptho, EE Dimapur, for supervising the work, a DIPR report stated.

He said that Platinum College is one of the fastest-developing colleges in the state in terms of infrastructure and is blessed with a large, eco-friendly campus.
Addressing church leaders, he emphasised the importance of tolerance and forgiveness, and said the church should promote peace.
He added that a road is not just concrete but a connection between the outside world and the college.
The new infrastructure, the principal secretary said, will improve comfort, safety, and efficiency, reflecting the management’s commitment to a safe and supportive learning environment.
Earlier, Rev. Dr. Phughoto Sema, Executive Secretary of WSBAK, delivered the welcome address while Dr. Kalito Chishi, Principal of Platinum College, pronounced the vote of thanks.
