What was your favourite part of the expedition?

I enjoyed the teamwork aspect of the expedition, whether it was navigating together and exploring the countryside or setting up at the campsite and cooking together

What was your biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge was navigating through some difficult terrain especially the first day where it was quite muddy and there were lots of uphill climbing and we were travelling 15 to 20km

What new skills did you learn?

I learnt how to use a compass and navigate properly, as well as realising the importance of adapting right on the spot. I also learnt how to properly operate the stove and set up the tent

If someone had never hiked before, what advice would you give them?

I would tell them to not worry about the speed at which they are hiking but just to enjoy the hike. I would also stress the importance of good hydration, eating lots of snacks for energy and regular breaks

Overall, did you enjoy it and would you do it again?

Overall I enjoyed the trip especially the teamwork aspect of it and I would definitely do it again perhaps in more difficult terrain and exploring more forests within the countryside
