New Delhi: The real estate and mortgage platform SquareYards has raised Rs 900 crore ($95 million) in a mix of debt and equity, which was anchored by EAAA Alternatives and saw participation from global corporate credit manager Muzinich & Co. The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will issue EGP 4.8 billion ($154 million) in treasury bonds on June 23, 2026, with a coupon rate of 23.068%. The three-year bonds will pay coupons on a semi-annual basis and are set to mature on June 2, 2029. Market Harborough Building Society has announced mortgage rate reductions of up to 0.23%, including those for expats and HNW individuals.  From today, fixed rates across its residential and buy-to-let mortgages have reduced by 0.23% across two-year products, 0.21% for three-year fixes, and 0.19% across five-year rates. Rates now start from 5.58% fixed and 5.05% discounted for residential tier one cases with a £1,495 product fee.
