Tunga Real Estate Fund on Friday distributed N$21.66 million to the Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF), bringing total distributions from the fund to N$265 million. Kensington Mortgages has applied rate cuts of up to 25 basis points (bps) to its buy-to-let (BTL) range.
