Fleet Mortgages has cut rates across a range of its two-year and five-year fixed-rate buy-to-let products at 75% loan-to-value, including products available for properties with higher EPC ratings. The buy-to-let specialist lender has reduced rates by 20bps on its two-year fixed-rate HMO and multi-unit freehold block (MUFB) products with a 3% fee.
