Nationwide is cutting rates across its mortgage range for first-time buyers, home movers and people remortgaging.  The latest changes, available from tomorrow, will see rates reduced by up to 0.28% across two, three, five and ten-year fixed rate products, with Nationwide’s lowest rate now at 4.29%. First-time buyer rates are reducing by up to 0.20%. Fleet Mortgages has made two appointments to its executive committee under managing director Nicola Richardson. The buy-to-let specialist lender has appointed Toni Coulson as risk and data insights director and Andy Parkes as operations director. Three men identified as part of a Romanian organized crime group are suspects in the theft of cash and credit cards from lockers at the Baierl Family YMCA in Franklin Park in December, according to a criminal complaint filed by Franklin Park police. Franklin Park police filed charges June 11 against Robert Cristian Amza, 36, Florin Ionut Costache, 28, and Mihai Antonio Andrei, 26. None of them are in custody, according to court records.
