Buy to Let by Foundation has appointed Peter Olasoji (pictured) as regional account manager for the South.
He will work across the region with Jack Gerasimov, existing regional account manager at Buy to Let by Foundation. Olasoji will cover the following postcode areas: BR, CR, CT, DA, E, IG, ME, RM, SE, and SS.
Olasoji starts with immediate effect and will work on existing and new adviser relationships, so brokers can “make the most of their buy-to-let advice propositions and [highlight] the wide range of products and criteria available via the lender”.
He joins from Market Financial Solutions, where he has been a business development manager (BDM) for just under a year, covering London and Essex.
Before that, Olasoji worked as a relationship manager at LendInvest for just over four years, and has also held roles at Growth Street, Boost Capital and Funding Circle.
Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation Home Loans, said: “Part of the strength of ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ is the experience and quality of our sales team, the knowledge they can impart, and the support they can give to advisory firms. It’s why we always look for experienced, focused and dedicated individuals to join us, and we’re therefore very pleased to be able to welcome Peter to Foundation.
“He brings with him an understanding of this sector plus already well-established relationships with large numbers of advisers in the area. We’re sure he’s going to make a real positive impact for us as a lender and for all those advisers he will work with.”
Olasoji added: “Foundation is a leader in its field and has an excellent buy-to-let product proposition that I’m excited to be joining. The specialist needs of both advisers and their landlord borrower clients continue to grow, and as a lender, Foundation is reacting to this and ensuring there are a growing number of competitively priced options available.
“I’ve spent the last six years working in this space, and am looking forward to growing both new and existing adviser relationships to ensure they can provide positive outcomes for their landlord borrower clients.”
Foundation Home Loans restructured earlier this year into three distinct channels: Solutions by Foundation, Buy to Let by Foundation and Residential by Foundation.
