The Buy to Let Event has opened for registrations, giving brokers the opportunity to stay up to date on the changing market and build business relationships.

The Buy to Let Event is a free half-day conference that is open to mortgage intermediaries, including brokers, mortgage advisers, and IFAs.

The event will cover a range of key topics in the buy-to-let (BTL) space, such as the outlook and key headwinds along with the potential impact of the Renters’ Rights Bill, the rise of limited company borrowing and upcoming Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) legislation, to name a few.

Intermediaries will also have a chance to network with fellow broker peers as well as key lenders in the BTL space, who can assist with cases.

The event series will travel the country, taking place in Salford on 23 April, Birmingham on 24 April, London on 30 April and Cardiff on 1 May.
