Officers received reports that a green Kia was stolen on Whittington Street in Stourbridge on February 28 between 6.30pm and 6.55pm.

The victim’s debit card was left in the vehicle and a purchase attempt was made at store in Cookley near Kidderminster but the transaction was unsuccessful. 

The man police would like to speak to is shown in a CCTV image wearing a green jacket and black beanie.
