Asad Ali has joined the team covering the North West of England, while Jason Ruse takes up a role focused on Central London. Both report to Paul Huxter, head of intermediary sales and distribution at West One.

Ali brings over a decade of experience as a business development manager, having previously held a similar role at Santander. Ruse brings extensive leadership experience from across the insurance and finance sectors, most recently at The Exeter, where he held a senior position.
