Great British Motor Shows celebrated classic cars from the Lake District, borders and beyond, with the 24th Classic Cars in the Park event, which was held in Hutton in the Forest in Penrith.

On display, there was a range of classic cars, kit cars, custom, modern classics, motorcycles, light commercials and Land Rovers.

Founder of the event, Steve Bishop said: “It was a great event and well attended. We have several car clubs from Scotland and a car club returning from the West Midlands on a driving tour of the lakes.

“It was one of the best displays we have seen at the venue and was a real delight to see.”

The event saw over 250 cars and bikes that were booked in with clubs on driving tours from the midlands and north of the border attend this popular show.

There was also a full arena schedule of parades and commentary throughout the day.
