Deputy Commissioner of Shimla and District Election Officer Anupam Kashyap conducted the routine monthly inspection of the electronic voting machine (EVM) warehouse at Fagu.

Speaking during the inspection, Kashyap said: “As per the guidelines of the Election Commission, the EVM warehouse is inspected on a regular monthly basis. All arrangements at the warehouse were found to be in order.”

He also reviewed the ongoing security-related works at the site and instructed officials to expedite their completion.
