The Transaction Services team of leading North West accountancy and business advisory firm, Cowgills, part of the Sumer Group, has advised Unseen Group on its acquisition of employee content platform, Seenit.
Seenit is an employee-generated video platform used by organisations such as Amazon and Vodafone, enabling businesses to capture and share authentic workplace experiences that support hiring, engagement, and employee development. The acquisition marks Unseen Group’s 11th deal and represents a further step in expanding its technology-led talent solutions platform.
Unseen Group delivers a range of services spanning candidate engagement, psychometric assessment, onboarding, and recruitment support, helping employers make fairer and more informed hiring decisions. Bringing Seenit into the group enhances this offering by integrating real employee insight throughout the talent journey, strengthening both candidate attraction and long-term development.
The transaction comes at a key point for Unseen, following the launch of its refreshed brand and unified platform, designed to support large organisations in delivering more data-driven and human-focused recruitment processes.
Zac Williams, CEO of Unseen Group, said: “Seenit is a perfect fit for our refined employer-led offering and further solidifies Unseen as a leading provider of talent tools, spanning from candidate engagement, through to screening, assessments, onboarding and employee development.”
Emily Forbes, Founder of Seenit, added: “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved at Seenit, and joining Unseen gives us the opportunity to scale that impact even further.”
The Transaction Services team at Cowgills provided financial due diligence services to Unseen Group to advise on this transaction, as the group continues to grow and expands their platform further.
