LDN Finance hires Leivesley as mortgage director

Broker firm LDN Finance has hired Phil Leivesley (pictured) to the newly created role of director of mortgages.

He will work alongside co-CEOs Anthony Rose and Chris Oatway to “bolster the senior leadership team” at LDN Finance.

Leivesley joins the firm from Monica Bradley Associates, where he worked for over nine years, initially as a mortgage and protection adviser and then as a sales manager.

Prior to that, he was a mortgage and protection adviser for Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) in Warrington for around four years, and before that was a business development manager (BDM) at Devere Group in Shanghai City, China for half a year.

He was previously a mortgage and protection adviser at MAB in St Helens for three years.

Rose said: “We’re delighted to have Phil joining our team in this new role. His experience to date will offer a fresh perspective on our growth trajectory over the coming years. He has a strong track record of sales and strategic management and we are looking forward to seeing this put into practice at LDN.”

Leivesley added: “I’m thrilled to be starting a new chapter with LDN Finance as a significant person within the business’ senior leadership team. After initial conversations with Anthony and Chris, it was evident that we share the same vision and ethos. LDN Finance is the ideal firm for me to continue cultivating a thriving career.”

LDN Finance was founded in 2017 and offers advice on high-value mortgages, residential mortgages, specialist finance and protection solutions.

The company has been growing its team, appointing David Gissing as a specialist financial adviser in its specialist finance department.
