Muthoot Finance will declare an interim dividend for FY2024-25 on April 21, 2025. Moody’s upgraded its long-term issuer rating to ‘Ba1’ with a stable outlook, reflecting a strong credit profile.

Muthoot Finance set to announce its interim dividend today.
Muthoot Finance Dividend 2025: Muthoot Finance’s shares will be in focus on Monday, i.e. April 21, as the gold loan company is set to declare the interim dividend for the FY2024-25 in its board meeting. The record date for the proposed dividend has already been fixed on Friday, April 25, 2025.
Muthoot Finance earlier informed the exchanges that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on April 21 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Interim Dividend and to consider seeking approval of shareholders for increase in the Borrowing powers of the Board of Directors.
On the last session, the shares of Muthoot Finance closed 1.49 per cent higher at Rs 2110.95 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 2079.90 apiece.

Moody’s Ratings earlier upgraded the Long Term issuer rating of Muthoot Finance Limited to ‘Ba1’ with ‘Stable’ Outlook from ‘Ba2’ with ‘Stable’ Outlook
Moody’s Ratings in its press release stated, inter alia, “The upgrade of Muthoot’s ratings reflects its strong credit profile, supported by its leading franchise and solid track record in the gold financing industry in India.”
