Accountancy firm PKF Francis Clark has welcomed three new hires to its corporate finance team in Southampton.
Transaction services specialist Darren Phillips recently joined the firm as a corporate finance director, following the arrivals of analyst Sam Willis and senior associate Will Birchall.
Phillips brings over three decades’ experience with international advisory firms, including expertise in due diligence on high-value deals in the energy and healthcare sectors.
The move sees him reunited with Andrew Killick, PKF Francis Clark’s head of corporate finance, 20 years after they worked together at a Big Four firm.

Meanwhile, Will joined PKF Francis Clark after five years with Deloitte, and Sam previously gained corporate finance experience with Scrutton Bland.
