Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced plans to issue about 12,000 preferential mortgage loans under the eOselia program in 2024.

“Preferential mortgage loans. Already 7,600 Ukrainian families have taken advantage of this program. The majority are military personnel and law enforcement officers,” Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Friday.

According to the prime minister, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for using funds for Ukrfinzhytlo and, accordingly, the eOselia program for 2024.

“We are providing about UAH 1.5 billion for this. Our plans for the current year are to issue about 12,000 preferential mortgage loans,” Shmyhal said.
