Power couple Laura and Dalton Henshaw have sold their renovated Brighton house.
Influencer and wellness brand KIC co-founder Laura Henshaw and her entrepreneur husband Dalton have sold their Brighton house for about $8.5m.
Since Ms Henshaw started KIC alongside fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith more than a decade ago, it has grown into one of Australia’s most popular fitness and nutrition apps which now boasts users in more than 120 countries.
The brand’s first fitness studio, KICStudio, is set to open in Cremorne on April 18, 2026.

Ms Henshaw is also co-host of the KICPod podcast with Ms Smith, while Mr Henshaw founded the advertising agency Bullfrog Media and is chief executive of investment management company Rally.
Earlier this year, the couple listed their renovated Federation-era house with a $8.5m-$9m rang.
According to industry sources, the property featuring a raised swimming pool, spa, shower and barbecue kitchen in the backyard has sold for circa-$8.5m.
Inside, leadlight windows, timber panelling and ornate ceilings hark back to the home’s historic origins.
A modern living and dining area with a gabled ceiling reaching almost 8m in height is located at the home’s rear.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a soaring ceiling are among the features of a modern extension.
The marble-fitted kitchen showcases an island bench, 900mm ILVE cooker, butler’s pantry and custom cabinetry.
There’s also a library, study, sitting room, lounge area with a bay window, and a temperature-controlled home gym.
Upstairs, the main bedroom suite offers a dressing room, balcony over looking the garden, and an ensuite.
Oak floors, textured plaster walls and bathrooms with marble fittings are among the other highlights.
The kitchen is fitted with a marble topped island bench, 900mm ILVE cooker, butler’s pantry with integrated refrigeration and custom cabinetry.

Whitefox Bayside managing director Lana Samuels and colleague Michael Derham had the listing.
When the house was listed for sale in March, Ms Samuels described the impressive rear extension as one of the main drawcards.
“If I had to choose one feature that truly seals the deal it would be this living space,” Ms Samuels said at the time.
“The soaring ceilings, the floor-to-ceiling glass and the incredible sense of volume overlooking the pool make it completely unique.”
Morrell and Koren buyer’s advocate to the city’s top end, Matthew Cleverdon, who was not involved in the sale, said that Brighton’s property market was not currently a “size one fits all” situation.
“At the moment there’s a mixed bag of results across all price points,” Mr Cleverdon said.
