Boca Raton, FL – May 20, 2026 – Palm Beach County Government has been awarded the prestigious 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America, recognizing the County’s ongoing commitment to employee well-being and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The Bell Seal is considered the nation’s leading certification for employers dedicated to advancing workplace mental health, employee support, and overall wellness initiatives. The Platinum designation represents the highest level of recognition awarded through the program.
Palm Beach County earned the honor through its comprehensive Employee Well-Being Program, which focuses on four essential pillars of wellness: physical, mental, financial, and social well-being. County leaders say the program reflects a long-term investment in creating a supportive environment where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered both personally and professionally.
The County offers a variety of wellness initiatives and resources designed to support employees throughout different aspects of life and work. These include wellness challenges, preventive health programs, educational opportunities, mental health support services, and employee engagement activities aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles and stronger workplace connections.
