NEWPORT, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Cocke County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help looking for a missing 71-year-old man who was last seen taking a motorcycle ride.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued and Sliver Alert on Wednesday morning for Marty Pellasama.
The sheriff’s said that Pellasama was expected to either be in North Carolina or still in Cocke County. Specifically, the sheriff’s office said he may be in the Paint Creek, Hurricane Gap, Hot Springs or Martha Sundquist areas. He also has a medical condition, according to CCSO.
Several other agencies, including the Madison County and Greene County sheriff’s offices, emergency management and volunteer fire departments, are helping track Pellasama down.
