Provantage Corporate Finance, a mid-market corporate finance boutique with offices in Nottingham, Birmingham and London, has strengthened its team with a pair of appointments.
The firm has welcomed William Kershaw and Max Bonar.
Kershaw joins as deal originator while Bonar will work alongside the team providing day to day management and support on transactions.
