VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Warren County has increased value in both the Real and Personal Property Tax Rolls.
Each year Warren County Tax Assessor Ben Luckett is required by state law to present the tax rolls to the Board of Supervisors on the first Monday in July. Luckett did that at the regular BOS meeting held Monday, July 6.
The Tax Assessors office has completed the Real and Personal Property Tax Rolls and found the 2026 values.
The total assessed value of the 2026 Real Property Tax Roll was $423,149, 672. This an increase over the 2025 value of $367,041,158. The difference of $56,108,514 was a 15.29 percent increase for the year.
Luckett also presented and found the 2026 Personal Property Tax Roll valued at $171,592,210. The 2025 value was $167,579,230. This year’s value was a $4,012,980 or 2.39 percent increase over the 2025 Personal Property Tax Roll.
According to state laws, the rolls are now open to public inspection.
