CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man is accused of making a racially motivated death threat and stealing more than $1,100 from a woman’s bank account, according to court records.
Hamilton County Municipal Court documents allege Troy Stevens threatened to kill a man after making an obscene gesture and using a racial slur.
According to investigators, Stevens showed the victim his middle finger and yelled, “I’m going to kill you,” before directing a slur at him.
Court records also accuse Stevens of stealing a woman’s PNC Bank debit card and withdrawing $1,139 without her authorization.
