MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday morning for an 86-year-old man from Miami-Dade County who has been reported missing.

According to Miami-Dade police, Angel Lauzurique was last seen around 11 a.m. Tuesday, leaving his home in the 11500 block of Southwest 84th Street.

Police said he was driving a black 2015 Hyundai Veloster with Florida tag ETJF04.

According to authorities, Lauzurique suffers from dementia and diabetes, and may be in need of services.

Lauzurique is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair.
