BlueStar introduces its first 48” induction range, the Platinum Series Induction Range, expertly crafted to enhance the home cook’s experience with groundbreaking features and exceptional power.
The innovative range boasts the largest cooking surface in its class, featuring six oversized cooking zones for maximum versatility. Two expansive 11″ zones, the largest in the industry, and four 9″ zones offer ample space.
The range offers a bridge function through two bridges that creates the most powerful zone on the market, reaching 7,400 watts for oversized cookware like roasting pans and griddles.

The 11″ zones provide 2,600 watts of power, and the 9″ zones deliver 2,100 to 2,300 watts, which can increase to 3,700 watts through the power boost function for rapid boiling or intense searing.
BlueStar 48″ Platinum Series Range byBlueStar, won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.
Designed for durability, the range features a revolutionary matte-finish cooktop. This stunning and durable textured matte black surface is the first of its kind in the industry and is scratch, stain, and fingerprint-resistant, which keeps the glass looking newer for longer.

This state-of-the-art cooking surface is 80% less reflective than the standard induction glass surface, creating a warm yet soft appearance.
The new cooktop receives 80% fewer scratches, ready to stand up to everyday wear and tear from pots, pans, and utensils. The inherent, durable and smooth surface allows for easy cleaning.
A BlueStar exclusive, each cooking zone is equipped with a patent-pending Power Level Indicator Light, a dynamic red light power bar that provides a visual cue to the intensity of the heat level and which zones are in use.
LED indicators are at the center of the range, displaying power levels, power boost, bridge function, hot surface alerts, safety locks, and more. Additionally, the intuitive display will show graphics to inform users about incompatible cookware.

The range’s highly responsive induction technology offers 12 heat levels in each cooking zone, all controlled by precision knobs. BlueStar’s induction system manages and optimises the power to ensure that cooking will not be disrupted.
The range’s advanced Power Optimisation System redistributes power smartly across each zone and prevents the cooking process from stopping on any of the zones.
A gentle keep-warm and simmer function is also available to maintain low, even heat across the surface. Safety is paramount, with features like automatic pan detection, quick-to-cool surfaces, and a child-safety lock for peace of mind.
The 48″ Induction Range also features two True Convection ovens, including one full-size oven accommodating commercial 18″ x 26″ baking sheets.

With eight cooking modes—including Bake, Convect Bake, Roast, Convect Roast, Convect, Broil, Proof and Dehydrate.
The extra-large True Convection oven allows for consistent, multi-rack cooking, while the 90-minute express clean cycle and ContinuClean™ technology simplify cleaning. The user-friendly 7″ colour touchscreen allows for QuickStart™ cooking in 3 easy touches.
BlueStar is the industry leader in customisation. Like all BlueStar appliances, the 48″ Platinum Series Induction Range is available in over 1,000 colours and multiple metal trim finishes, allowing you to design a kitchen that suits your style.
Proudly handcrafted in Pennsylvania since 1880, this range combines commercial-grade materials with timeless craftsmanship for lasting performance.
