LendInvest Mortgages has cut rates by 10 basis points (bps) across its 2 and 5-year fixed rate buy-to-let (BTL) products, with the lender’s lowest rates now starting at 3.74%. The reductions follow LendInvest’s recent launch of a suite of semi-commercial BTL products, which allow professional property investors to further diversify their portfolios through mixed-use properties.
