Fleet Mortgages has reintroduced its EPC A-C fixed-rate products for landlords purchasing or remortgaging energy-efficient properties, while also cutting rates across its broader buy-to-let mortgage range. The buy-to-let lender has brought back both two-year and five-year EPC A-C products, available at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with a 3% fee.
