ModaMortgages has reduced buy-to-let mortgage rates by 20 basis points across its limited edition two-year and five-year fixed-rate products. The latest changes apply across both standard buy-to-let properties and specialist lending for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs). Following the reduction, the lender’s limited edition two-year fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage rates now start from 3.34% for single dwelling properties.
