Accord Mortgages is reducing selected residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage rates by up to 0.18%.
The intermediary-only lender will reduce fixed residential rates up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) by up to 0.10%, while house purchase products above 80% LTV will fall by up to 0.11%.
Remortgage rates above 80% LTV will be reduced by up to 0.05%.
Among the changes is a 5-year fixed remortgage product at 65% LTV, which will fall from 5.11% to 5.01%.
The deal comes with no fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
For house purchases, a 2-year fixed product at 75% LTV will decrease from 5.05% to 4.95%, with a £495 fee and free standard valuation.
Accord will also cut its 5-year fixed house purchase product at 85% LTV from 5.02% to 4.91%, with a £495 fee and free standard valuation.
Within its buy-to-let range, 2- and 5-year remortgage products up to 75% LTV will be reduced by up to 0.18%, while product end dates will also be extended.
A 5-year fixed remortgage product at 75% LTV will fall from 5.09% to 4.91%, while a 2-year equivalent will decrease from 4.98% to 4.85%.
The lender will also reduce its 2-year fixed remortgage product at 60% LTV from 4.95% to 4.77%.
All three buy-to-let products come with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
