Accord Mortgages reduced its product rates from its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) ranges, by up to 18 basis points (bps).
On fixed rate residential products up to 75% loan to value (LTV), reductions of up to 10bps were made.
House purchase deals above 80% LTV saw reductions of up to 11bps whilst remortgage options above 80% LTV were cut by up to 5bps.
A five-year fixed rate is now at 4.91%, formerly 5.02%, for house purchases at 85% LTV, which has a £495 fee and free standard valuation.
Furthermore, its five-year fixed rate is down from 5.11 to 5.01 for remortgages at 65% LTV, which comes with no fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
Within its BTL range, the lender reduced its two- and five-year remortgage products up to 75% LTV by up to 18 bps.
Its two-year fixed rate is down from 4.95 to 4.77% for remortgages at 60% LTV, which comes with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
Additionally, its five-year fixed rate is down to 4.91%, from 5.09% for remortgages at 75% LTV, which comes with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
The updated range is available from 13 August.
