Lendco has strengthened its sales division with a series of hires in the first four months of 2026, as the specialist lender looks to accelerate its growth strategy and enhance support for brokers across the UK.
The business has added four team members to its national sales function, each bringing experience in intermediary relationships and the wider lending sector.
Richard Goodman has joined as key account manager. A qualified adviser, he brings experience from roles at HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS and Coventry Building Society, most recently working at Nottingham Building Society.
Tom Gill has been appointed as broker sales executive, having previously worked as regional account manager for the North at another specialist lender, where he developed and managed intermediary relationships across the region.
Natalie Speer joins as broker sales executive from Loan.co.uk, where she worked as a second charge broker within the B2B team.
Her role at Lendco will focus on the buy-to-let market and developing intermediary partnerships.
Harrison Reeve has also joined as broker sales executive, bringing experience from both lender and broker roles, including time at Together.
Alex King, executive director at Lendco, said: “We are delighted to welcome Richard, Tom, Natalie and Harrison to Lendco.
“Each brings a depth of experience and strong industry relationships that will further strengthen how we support brokers across the UK.
“These appointments reflect our continued investment in our sales capability and position us well to maintain momentum, ensuring we remain closely aligned with the needs of our intermediary partners.”
The appointments form part of Lendco’s ongoing strategy to expand its reach and develop its proposition in the specialist lending market.
