ModaMortgages has reduced its limited-edition five-year fixed buy-to-let (BTL) rates by up to 0.1%.
The rates on the products, which have no application or valuation fees, now start from 5.04% for single dwelling properties and 5.14% for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold block (MUFB) properties with up to six bedrooms or units.
The products are available with a choice of fee options to individual and limited company landlords up to 80% loan to value (LTV).
Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re delighted to announce this reduction, which makes our limited-edition range even more competitive for landlords.
“By reducing rates across our five-year fixed rate products, we’re giving brokers and their clients greater opportunities to secure excellent value, whether they’re financing a single dwelling property or an HMO or MUFB investment. Combined with no valuation or application fees and flexible fee options, these products are designed to help landlords make the most of today’s market.”
Last month, the firm launched a range of limited-edition BTL products with no application fees.
