Santander has made reductions of up to 0.20% on selected fixed-rate mortgages across its purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let, and new-build ranges.
For residential remortgages, Santander has lowered several rates, including its 75% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-year fixed rate residential remortgage with a £999 product fee, which now stands at 4.77%, down from 4.89%.
Its 60% LTV 3-year fixed rate residential remortgage with a £999 product fee has been reduced to 4.52%, previously priced at 4.60%.
Additionally, the 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate residential remortgage with no product fee is now available at 4.45%, down from 4.55%.
Residential purchase rates have also seen reductions.
Santander’s 90% LTV 2-year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with a £999 purchase fee now costs 5.42%, down from 5.62%.
The 60% LTV 3-year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no purchase fee is now 4.66%, a reduction from 4.78%.
Furthermore, the 95% LTV 2-year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no purchase fee and a £250 cashback has decreased to 5.95%, down from 6.05%.
For new-build mortgages, its 60% LTV 3-year fixed rate New Build Exclusive purchase with no purchase fee is now priced at 4.66%, down from 4.78%.
Similarly, the 75% LTV 3-year fixed rate New Build Exclusive purchase with a £999 purchase fee has been reduced to 4.57%, from the previous 4.66%.
In terms of buy-to-let mortgage rates, the lender’s 60% LTV 2-year fixed rate buy-to-let purchase mortgage with a £1749 purchase fee now stands at 4.62%, down from 4.72%.
The 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate buy-to-let remortgage with a £1749 product fee has been reduced to 4.37%, previously 4.50%.
