Vida Homeloans has relaunched its buy-to-let range to help support property investors and landlords looking for specialist lender support.
It has also reintroduced 20 products to its residential range. Both ranges are available via intermediaries only.
The expanded residential range includes fee saver and foreign national products and includes cashback on all residential fee saver products (subject to product terms and eligibility). It says this is designed to help customers manage their upfront costs and help improve affordability.
Backed with a service pledge
Both ranges will be supported by the Vida Service Pledge. This means that if intermediaries feel they have received sub-standard service, they can request a refund of the application assessment fee, in line with the terms and conditions of the pledge.
Vicky Birkby, managing director – strategy and partnerships at Vida Homeloans, said: “This range expansion is about supporting brokers with greater choice, responding to their feedback and continuing to back our proposition breadth with the high‑quality service they expect from Vida.
“Reintroducing our residential products and relaunching buy-to-let helps intermediaries place cases with confidence, while our service pledge demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering an excellent broker experience.”
