Question: I’ve been in dispute with my local golf club for more than 12 months. Whenever our annual subscription is renewed, the club imposes a €125 extra charge for restaurant and bar use for the year ahead.
The money is lodged onto a golf club electronic card for use exclusively in the clubhouse bar and restaurant. The restaurant is run by an outside company and the bar is run by the club.
