The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Founded by CEO Alfons Huber, Reps develops and commercializes the Road Energy Production System (REPS), a patented technology that converts vehicle traffic into electrical energy. The first commercial system has been operating at Hamburger Container Service (HCS) in the Port of Hamburg since November 2025. The technology is particularly effective where vehicles naturally slow down or brake, or where slopes create additional force.
The solution targets ports, logistics hubs, highways, and urban infrastructure worldwide.
