Jeddah’s upscale Al Rawdah district is set for a hospitality makeover, as Manazel Al Naqaa Limited Company and Marriott International have signed an agreement to convert the existing Shirvan Hotel City Yard Jeddah into an Autograph Collection Hotel.
The boutique property will undergo brand repositioning, visual identity development, and select enhancement works ahead of its anticipated debut under the Marriott banner in December 2026. For those planning travel to the area in the interim, the hotel will remain fully operational during the transition phase.
The hotel is located within City Yard, a mixed-use plaza known for its central pedestrian-friendly spaces, low-rise architecture, and sandstone-clad façade. Once rebranded, the hotel will feature 113 rooms and suites.

For the corporate crowd, its location in Al Rawdah provides direct access to Jeddah’s main commercial and cultural zones, alongside King Abdulaziz International Airport.
